Dioptas 0.12.0 is available as a stable release.
Selected release notes
- Edit user-owned crystal structures and EoS records. Update atomic sites, elements, occupancies and space groups, check crystallographic Z against the chemical formula, and retain the changes in material files and projects. Published library structures remain read-only.
- Use Dioptrin without activation. Standalone builds include the MIT-licensed Dioptrin 0.9.0 backend. Source and pip users can select the pinned dioptrin extra; pyFAI remains the default and works without that extra.
- Dioptrin 0.9.0 uses CSC by default for fast 1D integration, with cached normalization for fixed masks and fused normalization for changing masks. Integration options offer an explicit CSC/CSR choice. Float64 precision, strict arithmetic, spread and 2D compatibility paths are preserved.
